Occupational Therapy at Tumble N' Nuts: Empowering Everyday Life

At Tumble N’ Nuts, our Occupational Therapists (OTs) are dedicated to helping individuals of all ages, especially children and NDIS participants, develop the skills and strategies needed to thrive in their daily lives. We believe in empowering you to engage fully in the activities that matter most, fostering independence, confidence, and participation.

Who Are Occupational Therapists?

Occupational Therapists are university-qualified health professionals who specialize in helping people overcome challenges that impact their ability to perform everyday tasks or “occupations.” These occupations can include anything from self-care activities (like dressing and eating) to learning, playing, socializing, and participating in community life.
Our OTs focus on the connection between an individual’s abilities, their environment, and the tasks they need or want to do. They use a holistic approach to identify barriers and develop practical solutions that promote independence and well-being.
