My name is Karen Munro. I am a behaviour clinician with 2.5 years’ experience as a BSP, 20 years’ experience working with teenagers and young women with high-risk behaviours, disabilities, and mental health issues. I hold a Bachelor of Social Welfare, Diploma of Youth Work, Certificate IV in Counselling and Certificate IV in Community Services. Additionally, I have worked 10 years in Supported Independent Living with highly complex clients, supporting them and creating new pathways to a more structured and secure lifestyle.

Aman Bhatia Occupational Therapist

Aman Bhatia is an experienced Occupational Therapist specializing in person-centred therapy for children and adolescents with developmental needs. He focuses on sensory regulation, motor skills, self-care, and school readiness, working collaboratively with families and support teams to promote independence and consistent outcomes.

Muneet Narang Assistant Speech Therapist / Key Worker

Muneet Narang works as an Assistant Speech Therapist and valued member of the therapy team, supporting the delivery of speech pathology programs under the supervision of Senior Speech Pathologists.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India and has over 10 years of experience with a Diploma in Early Childhood , working with children and individuals with disabilities across early childhood, education, and community settings. Muneet has previously worked as an Early Childhood EducatorECEI Coordinator, and Local Area Coordinator (LAC) with the Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) under the NDIA, giving her strong insight into NDIS pathways, family-centred practice, and participant support systems.

She also holds a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance and supports therapy implementation, skill generalisation, and functional participation in everyday environments. Muneet is currently working towards her Master of Speech Pathology at the University of Canberra, further strengthening her clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice.

She is known for her patient, nurturing, and collaborative approach, and is committed to supporting children’s communication, confidence, and meaningful participation alongside families and multidisciplinary teams

Adriana Gomez Key Worker

Adriana Gomez is an experienced Key Worker supporting children with developmental delays and additional needs across early childhood and school-aged settings.

She holds the Título de Psicóloga from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (2002), which was formally assessed by the Australian Psychological Society on 16 July 2013 as comparable to a six-year APAC-accredited Australian psychology sequence, confirming advanced psychology knowledge aligned with Australian standards.

Adriana also holds the CHC50113 – Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (AQF Level 5) from the Melbourne City Institute of Education, providing direct relevance to ECEI and Key Worker / AHA Level 2 supports. In addition, she has completed a Graduate Certificate of Health and Community (AQF Level 8) from Acknowledge Education, with training in psychology foundations, trauma-informed practice, and Australian health and community systems.

In her role, Adriana works closely with children and families to implement individualised, play-based, and routine-based strategies that support communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and functional participation. She is known for her warm, calm, and child-centred approach, and for building strong, trusting relationships with children and caregivers.

 

Adriana supports the generalisation of therapy goals across home, childcare, kindergarten, and community environments, working collaboratively with families and allied health professionals. She is committed to family-centred, strengths-based, culturally responsive practice, aligned with each child’s NDIS goals.

Samantha Shaji Counsellor

Samantha Shaji is a qualified Counsellor providing compassionate, person-centred support to children and young adults.

She has completed her Master’s in Counselling and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Samantha is an ACA-registered Counsellor and works in line with professional, ethical, and evidence-based counselling standards.

Samantha supports individuals to build emotional resilience, develop coping strategies, and work toward their personal and NDIS-related goals through strong therapeutic relationships. She takes a warm, strengths-based approach and collaborates with families and other professionals, where appropriate, to support mental health, wellbeing, and positive life outcomes.

Maher Ul Saif Key Worker

Maher Ul Saif holds a nationally recognised Australian qualification relevant to early childhood and developmental support. She has successfully completed the CHC50113 – Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, which provides comprehensive training in early childhood development, play-based learning, behaviour guidance, emotional regulation, safeguarding, and family-centred practice for children aged 0–6 years.

She brings over 15 years of experience supporting children with special and developmental needs, delivering patient, empathetic, and individualised support across early childhood settings.

Maher is known for building strong, trusting relationships with children and families, and for supporting children’s developmental, behavioural, and emotional needs in a safe and nurturing manner. Her approach enhances children’s confidence, engagement, and overall quality of care, while working collaboratively with families and therapy teams to support meaningful outcomes.

Olivia Key Worker

Olivia has over 3 years of experience supporting children with disabilities in therapy-based sessions. She works alongside therapy teams to help children feel safe, supported, and confident while developing important everyday skills.

Olivia holds a Certificate IV in Disability and a Diploma of Community Services, and she is currently completing the final trimester of her Bachelor’s degree in Community Services. Her training gives her a strong understanding of children’s needs, family support, and inclusive, strengths-based care.

Parents often appreciate Olivia’s calm, patient, and caring nature. She is passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where children feel comfortable to learn, grow, and celebrate their achievements at their own pace. Olivia works closely with families and therapists to ensure support is consistent, meaningful, and tailored to each child.

Mehtab Sandhu Key Worker

Mehtab Sandhu is a Key Worker with a strong academic background in health, community, and social services.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Graduate Certificate of Health and Community from Acknowledge Education. Mehtab is currently in the final semester of a Master of Social Work (Qualifying).

He brings a sound understanding of child and family systems, trauma-informed practice, and Australian disability and welfare frameworks, and works within a structured, supervised Key Worker model to support participants through strengths-based, person-centred approaches aligned with their goals.

Gaurvi Arora Behaviour Support Practitioner (Entry-Level Pathway)

Gaurvi Arora is working toward her Entry-Level Behaviour Support Practitioner role, supporting children and families with a strong background in psychology and counselling.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology, formally assessed by the Australian Psychological Society as comparable to an Australian four-year psychology qualification. Gaurvi has also completed postgraduate coursework in a Master of Counselling and is currently undertaking a Master of Social Work (Qualifying) at ACAP University College.

Gaurvi works under supervision using person-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches, with a growing focus on positive behaviour support. Families appreciate her calm, caring, and thoughtful approach, and her commitment to creating safe, supportive environments that help children build confidence, skills, and meaningful participation aligned with their NDIS goals.

Khushmeet Kaur Intake Officer

Khushmeet Kaur is the Intake Officer at the clinic and is often the first person families speak to when they contact us. She is here to make the intake process easy, welcoming, and stress-free, especially for families who may be new to NDIS services.

Khushmeet supports families by receiving referrals, gathering important information, explaining next steps, and helping to organise appointments, ensuring families feel supported from the very start. She works closely with the clinical team so that services are well coordinated and aligned with each participant’s NDIS goals and needs.

She has completed a Certificate IV in Disability and has a strong understanding of disability supports and family-centred practice. Khushmeet is kind, patient, and approachable, and is always happy to answer questions or guide families through the process so they feel informed, comfortable, and supported.
