Our dedicated Key Workers and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) play a crucial role in delivering personalized, effective, and integrated services, ensuring a smooth and empowering journey for every participant.

Who Are Key Workers?

A Key Worker is a central point of contact and support for families navigating the NDIS and early intervention services. They work closely with you to understand your goals, coordinate various therapies, and help you access the right supports. Their role is to simplify the process, provide consistent guidance, and ensure that all aspects of your plan are working together effectively.

Who Are Allied Health Assistants (AHAs)?

Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) are skilled professionals who work under the direct supervision of our university-qualified Allied Health Professionals (such as Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists). AHAs play a vital role in delivering therapy programs, reinforcing strategies, and supporting skill development in a practical and engaging way. They help extend the reach of therapy, making consistent and effective support more accessible.
